TalentSource is made up of people who have been working in the IT industry for over 15 years. Our team consists of many years developers, architects and psychologists with completed studies at the best Polish universities:
- IT, Mathematics at WAT, UW, KUL
- Human Resource Management and Psychometry at the University of Warsaw
- Labor law at the Kozminski University
- Brand Management at the Warsaw School of Economics
In our portfolio, we can boast of many years of fruitful cooperation with the largest companies on the IT market such as IBM, HP, Deloitte, Asseco and Nordea.
Our philosophy
The IT industry is as diverse as the people who create it. We believe that everyone does their job as best they can - they just need a suitable environment in which they will be able to fulfill themselves and develop.

Our specialists have gone through dozens of recruitments, which are often remembered both on the positive and negative side. Based on these experiences, we have developed our method, which is based on several basic factors:
- respecting the time of both parties (we do not send wholesale e-mails because we target specific people and skills, and because we ourselves are programmers / architects / product owners, etc., we are perfectly able to find the right candidate)
- learning in-depth about the client's needs and the culture of his organization (this is a key aspect because, in accordance with our philosophy, we want the employee to fulfill himself and feel at ease in the chosen workplace, thanks to which he will give 100% of his capabilities and the client will not waste time on a candidate who does not match his organization)
